The Philosophy of the Ananas
You are not here to be a "resource." You are not here to be "outsourced." You are here to become an owner.
Think Pink Studio is a bridge built between Italy and the rural heart of Africa. We provide the steel; you provide the sweat.
This document is long because it is serious. If you do not have the patience to read 2000 words, you do not have the patience to write 2000 lines of code.
The Dual-Track System (PM vs. Non-PM)
Think Pink operates on two parallel tracks. Neither is permanent.
The Funded
You receive a monthly Learning Grant (Pocket Money) to cover your data, food, and electricity. You have zero excuses. Your performance is under a microscope.
The Hunters
You have access to our knowledge, our meetings, and our mentorship, but you receive no financial support whiloe studying. You are here for the hunger of knowledge alone. (Works are paid for everyone and pre-paid by the clients)
THE FLIP
Every 30 days, we look at the data. If a PMer is slow and a Hunter is fast, the Hunter takes the money. The money follows the grit, not the person.
The Doctrine of the Vlog (Proof of Work)
In the world of software, if it isn't documented, it didn't happen.
PMers
You must submit a daily video log (Vlog) of 120 seconds.
Non-PMers
You are not forced to Vlog, but we strongly advise it. Your Vlogs are your "Resume."
Vlog Requirements (PMers):
Content: Show your face, show your screen, and explain in English what you learned today.
Deadline: Every night before 11:00 PM local time.
Penalty: One missed Vlog = Warning. Two missed Vlogs = Immediate loss of Pocket Money for the month.
For Non-PMers: When we decide who to move to the PM list next month, we look at the history of your Vlogs. If you are silent, you are invisible.
The Obligation of the Gathering
We meet to align our minds.
PMers: Attendance at all scheduled online lessons and team meetings is compulsory. Your Pocket Money is your "salary for presence."
Non-PMers: You are invited and encouraged to attend. This is where you get the "Italian Quality" mentorship. If you show up consistently without being paid, you prove you are a leader.
The Reverse Mentorship Vow
Knowledge is a fire; if you don't share it, it goes out.
You are earning more than your village teachers. This creates a debt. You must pay it back by teaching. Once a week, you must sit with your local school teacher or a peer and show them how to use the digital tools you are mastering.
If you cannot explain it to your teacher, you haven't understood it yourself.
The Meritocratic Contract (No Guarantees)
Let it be clear: Receiving Pocket Money does NOT guarantee a final job contract. A final contract is an invitation to join the family.
We may hire a Non-PMer over a PMer if the Non-PMer shows more reliability. We hire based on "The 3 Pillars":

Did you show up when the internet was down?

Data & Infrastructure Responsibility
The Pocket Money we send
It is your duty to ensure you have a working smartphone/laptop.
It is your duty to manage your data bundles.
If you spend your PM on things other than your education and then claim "I have no data," you will be removed from the roster permanently.
The Neurodiversity Respect
Think Pink values the focused mind. We welcome those who think differently.
We have zero tolerance for bullying or mockery of any teammates. In this studio, focus is our currency. If a teammate has a different way of communicating but produces clean code, they are a king among us.
The Pineapple Defense (Dignity)
We are training you to be so good that the world will want to buy your time. But we are also teaching you to remain rooted. You will learn to code, but you will not forget how to do other works. This is your power.
"A man who can feed himself is a man who cannot be enslaved."
If a client or a buyer treats you without respect, you must have the dignity to walk away and simply send him to hell.
The Inheritance (The Long Game)
We, the Founders, am not building this company to sell it to a billionaire in London or New York. I am building this for you.
This company is your inheritance. One day, you will be the owners. You will decide the prices. You will decide the projects.
If you work hard now, you are not building my house; you are building your own.
The Exit Clause
You are free to leave at any time. We want soldiers, not prisoners.
If you find a better opportunity, go. But if you leave the Think Pink Roster, your seat will be filled within 5 minutes by someone else waiting for opportunity.
The Pineapple Vow
By entering your name and accepting this document, you will be sent to the complete registration form. We will watch your Vlogs. We will judge your progress.
