Our Vision
Uganda Tech Village represents a revolutionary approach to technology education and women's empowerment in Africa. We believe that true transformation comes not from charity, but from creating sustainable business models that empower local communities.
Our goal is to create the first tech bootcamp in the world where African female students become company owners through multiple generations, building a self-sustaining ecosystem of innovation and leadership.

The Story
Born from the recognition that traditional aid models often create dependency rather than empowerment, Uganda Tech Village was conceived as a business-first approach to social impact.
Instead of charity, we create a sustainable software development company where students earn equity through their participation and success. This model ensures long-term viability and genuine empowerment.
Each cohort of 8 students (6 women, 2 men) receives world-class technical training while building real software for European companies, creating immediate value and sustainable revenue streams.
